Training and nutrition necessarily go hand in hand. Basically, you can't have one without the other if you want to see results.
All nutrition options will revolve around only the best and cleanest sources of food for you. I only recommend whole foods never anything processed. My approach is the best holistic health and wellness for you!
To add to that I will always stay up to date on how your digestion is. This is important because the digestive system is the main catalyst for your body to break down and utilize nutrients which is especially important for a properly functioning metabolism.

Counting macronutrients is for people who want more from their nutrition. Macronutrient's consist of protein, fat and carbohydrates and are what your body uses to change your physique.
For example, sure you can lose weight just by counting calories in a calorie deficit. But if you are not getting enough protein, some of that weight lost will also be muscle. Another thing that can happen is if you unknowingly are eating too much fat you can still gain body fat while losing weight. Tracking your macronutrients allows you to lose weight and ensure you lose minimal muscle and more pounds and body fat.
The macronutrients I have you track will be specific to your body's needs and your goals. You will need a food scale to weigh your food and the MyFitnessPal phone application to track your food intake.
This is for those who want to go all-in, and who are extremely goal-oriented.
While you will still need a scale to weigh your food you won't need to track your food if you follow the plan exactly.
I will give you a specific meal plan according to your specific calorie and macronutrient needs. Every meal will consist of whole, non-processed foods.
I will also take into consideration any food allergies or other special needs you may have to make sure your diet is perfect for you!
If you are good with being told exactly what to eat and the amount of it then this option is for you and the least tedious but most effective!
