First, I'll design a workout program specifically for your goals and needs based on how many workouts your schedule allows.
Weight loss for some can be easy but most people will gain the weight back. For some it may be hard and a never ending process. Regardless of which type you are I 'm here to create a plan that obtains a slow and steady weight loss, not only to reach your goal but make it bearable for your body so you do not end up stress eating or eating because you're starving and put the weight back on.
My process is to initially get the weight dropping then monitor it on a weekly basis to ensure we are seeing steady progress, and that it is not happening too quickly. Weight loss stalls for everyone eventually, and that is the point at which I'll make the proper adjustments to your individualized plan in order to keep the weight going down if you have not yet reached your goals.
I'll provide you with hands-on nutritional support.
Proper nutrition is the biggest key to weight loss. I look at every aspect of you specifically to create the right nutrition plan for you. The plan will be specific to you and to your individual goals.
Having a proper nutrition plan to go with proper training can help accelerate the results; especially for weight loss. Being in a weight loss phase for some can eventually fatigue them or affect them mentally, but I aim to make this process as painless and non-stressful as possible. I'll be with you every step of the way to ensure that you are not only hitting your goals but also that you are enjoying a fun and positive life simultaneously.
To help you further I will provide you with my personal number to ask any questions you may have, and to update me on how you are feeling.
Further, we will do weekly check-ins as a tool for me to use so I can gauge how quickly you are dropping weight.
